At Les Vilains we work with a pre-order system and a regular system. This allows us to focus on our core values the right way and you work with us on a sustainable story.
When there is a pre-order you will be notified personally when the item is made. So you know exactly when you will receive your package.
When the item is in stock, thus a regular order, you will receive your package between 2 and 10 days of purchase. The exact time will be sent with the tracker by e-mail after your purchase. We will send it to the e-mail address provided at the check out.
Shipping depends on the country to which the package will be sent. The packages will be sent within 10 days of purchase. You will receive a tracking e-mail with the estimated time of arrival.

If your item is damaged please contact us at ecommerce@lesvilains.be. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution. The lifetime warranty is only available on items with an NFT and explicit mentioned that that item has lifetime warranty.
After authorization, a transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails after authorisation the funds will still be reserved in your bank account. Although they have not been debited, they may appear to have been collected. Please note that after authorization the reserve can last up to 30 working days before it is lifted. This may change depending on banks and credit providers.
The reasons for such failure may simply be:
– The card limit has been reached
– The card information entered is wrong
– The card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
– The billing address does not match with the cardholder details
– The card does not allow international transactions
– The card does not allow online transactions
– Depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border, or overseas transactions.
In other cases, the reasons are less obvious and may relate to the ever-increasing fraud prevention and other security measures implemented by credit card companies to protect the cardholder against card abuse.
A pre-order at Les Vilains is a purchase of an item that has not yet been made. All items are made as soon as the pre-order quantities run out. This ensures that you get the right size. This also ensures no excess waste. The items will be shipped as soon as they are all ordered. We will inform you personally!
